Refund Policy

Introduction
This Refund Policy explains when the fees you pay Branmart for a subscription plan can be refunded. It forms part of the Terms of Service, which state that fees are non-refundable except as set out here.
1. What This Covers
- •Fees you pay Branmart for a subscription plan.
- •It does not cover purchases your own customers make through a website you build on Branmart. Those are covered by section 8.
2. Billing Cycles
- •Paid plans are sold on quarterly, biannual and annual cycles. Branmart does not offer a monthly plan cycle.
- •Plan fees are charged in advance, in full, at the point of purchase. Your plan becomes active immediately on payment.
- •Branmart does not operate a free trial for paid plans. No charge is deferred, and no access is withheld waiting for a trial to expire.
3. The Seven-Day Refund Window
- •You may request a full refund of a plan payment within seven days of the date that payment was taken.
- •The window applies to every paid plan. You do not need to give a reason, and no conditions attach to it.
- •Refunds are for the full amount paid. Branmart does not issue partial or pro-rated plan refunds.
- •The window is measured from the payment date and expires at the end of the seventh day. Your billing page shows the exact date it closes.
4. What a Refund Does
- •Your plan is cancelled with immediate effect, and websites served under it stop being published from that moment.
- •The money is returned to the payment method you used. How long it takes to appear is controlled by your bank or card issuer, not by Branmart, and is commonly several business days.
- •Your content, drafts and subdomains are kept. Starting a plan again restores them.
5. After Seven Days
- •Once the window closes, plan fees for the current billing cycle are not refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
- •You can still cancel at any time. You keep everything you have already paid for until the cycle ends — see section 6.
6. Cancelling Instead
- •You may cancel a plan at any time from your dashboard.
- •Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle you have already paid for. You keep full access and your websites stay online for the whole of that period. No further charge is taken.
- •Cancelling is not the same as a refund, and does not return any money. If you want the payment back, request a refund inside the seven days.
7. How to Request One
- •Email support@branmart.com from the address on your account, within seven days of the payment.
- •Tell us which business or website the plan belongs to, so we can find the right payment.
- •There is no self-serve refund button. Refund requests are reviewed and issued by our team, so please use email rather than looking for a control in the dashboard.
8. Your Customers' Purchases
- •If you sell through a website built on Branmart, refunds for those orders are between you and your customer, on the refund terms you publish on your own site.
- •Those payments are handled by the payment provider connected to your store and are not Branmart subscription fees, so this policy does not apply to them.
9. Changes to This Policy
- •We may update this policy from time to time.
- •Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised date.
- •Continued use of Branmart after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
